We can customize our lighting to meet your needs.

Chandelier In addition to building just about anything you can imagine (see our Custom Lighting Design page), we can customize most of our classic fixtures to meet individual preferences. Just let us know what you'd like, and we'll take it from there. Please keep in mind that custom fixtures are not returnable.

Here are some typical customizing options for our Classic Lighting that you may want to consider:

Custom Lengths & Widths -- We can change the length or width of the starred (*) fixtures listed on our Classic Lighting Price List . To lengthen up to 36", add $15 plus $2 per inch; to lengthen 36" to 72", add $25 plus $2 per inch; to lengthen more than 72", please contact us. To shorten, add $15. For increases in width over 48", please contact us.

Custom Fitters -- To change the size (diameter) of the fitter(s) used in one of our Classic Lights, please contact us. The fitter is the cup, ring, or other holder into which a glass shade is inserted.

Bulbs -- Most of our fixtures are rated for standard base A-19 bulbs (provided). Others, such as the Huntington combination fixtures (HC series) and the Candelabra Sconces (CS-1 and CS-2), use decorative flame-type bulbs with a candelabra base. Our Moonlights (C-O and CO-H) are designed for a 60W, A-15 appliance bulb. In most cases, we can customize this option to meet your needs. Please contact us for details.

Shades -- We offer more than 50 standard glass shades. Please contact us for information.

Finishes -- We offer 20 standard finishes and a number of custom finishes. Please refer to our Metal Finishes page and price list for more information. We're happy to quote special custom finishes on request.

Pendants -- Pendant fixtures can be hung from sloped ceilings by specifying our US-1 swivel, which offers up to 90 degrees of movement in one direction. Our HS-1 swivel allows up to 15 degrees of movement in any direction and is ideal for pendants located where they might be bumped, resulting in personal injury or broken shades. When ordering swivels, add $25 per fixture except for our HD series pendants, in which case the additional cost is $40 per fixture.

Switches -- A rotary switch can be added to the back plate of most sconces. Please specify RS-1 and add $20.

Other Options -- If you can dream it, chances are we can do it! Please contact us with any special requests. We love challenges!
