Recent Projects
Shelburne Town Center. 5376 Shelburne Road. Shelburne, Vermont.
Chandeliers have been restored!
The Shelburne Town Center's historic Town Hall has been revitalized! Built in 1927, the Town Hall has been upgraded as part of the town's plan to make Shelburne a better place for generations to come. It connects to the new Pierson Library, which now provides more space for adults, young adults, and kids to read and learn, in a natural light-filled environment.
Town Hall conservation includes upgrades ranging from window improvements to a new heating and cooling system. The chandeliers pictured shone until they were taken down to be restored to their original glory, and re-wired for electrical safety.

The chandeliers were taken apart so each piece could be cleaned and polished, then the lights were put back together and re-wired, and lastly they were UL tested to ensure safety for years to come!
Pastis. 52 Gansevoort Street. New York City, New York.
Pastis is open again in New York City!
In 1999, restaurateur Keith McNally opened Pastis. This New York City French bistro would become well-known as a hangout for locals and stars alike. The community treasured its warm atmosphere and comforting bistro fare. When Pastis' doors closed in 2014, heartbroken customers were left at a loss.
Keith McNally and restaurateur Stephen Starr teamed up to reconstruct the iconic restaurant in a new NYC location, which reopened in June 2019. Designed in a similar fashion as the original restaurant, Pastis' atmosphere is timeless and familiar.

Conant Metal & Light originally created the majority of the restaurant's lighting, including pendants, buttercup sconces, light boxes, and a lit-up clock. Starr Restaurant Group contacted Conant to replicate, alter, and bring back to life these original fixtures, which enhance the beautiful atmosphere known as Pastis.
Allard Square. 146 Market Street. South Burlington, Vermont.
We're buzzing with excitement about this new sculpture!
We love the opportunity to collaborate with clients. This honeycomb and buzzing bees sculpture was designed for a housing community of older adults. Honey bees represent the interconnected community of folks living in the new apartment complex.
We have the ability to design and create any type of custom sculpture, lighting, or metalwork to suit your needs!
