Production Maker

The Production Maker will fabricate and assemble products with a high degree of craftsmanship and quality for our contract manufacturing lines. We are specifically looking for someone technologically fluent to complete various shipping and admin tasks alongside production work. Scope of work may include inventory management, shipping, receiving, fixture assembly, wiring, testing, hand-finishing, coloring, soldering, and other relevant aspects of metal and lighting fabrication as required.

Responsibilities

Successfully manage time and materials and follow instructions and plans to deliver assignments on time and to spec
Ensure the safe use and maintenance of equipment
Adhere to quality control procedures
Learn and effectively process new information, procedures, and business practices
Seek and provide feedback and be open to suggestions and change
Work with other team members, managers, and leads to achieve production goals
Flexibility in job responsibilities
Be self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work successfully in a team environment across multiple business disciplines

Experience & Qualifications

At least one year of related work experience
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy
Experience in using machinery and tools
Ability to multitask in a high mix, fast-paced work environment with very tight deadlines
Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Additional Skills, not required: Experience with CAD, NetSuite, Adobe Creative Suite
